WCA FIT-IT LIST

The WCA has compiled a list of recommended service providers as a courtesy to our community members. It is a word-of-mouth network called “WCA Fix-It List.” The only way for anyone to get on the list is to be recommended by someone who LIVES in our community and is willing to share the information. No anonymous recommendations will be accepted and this resource (unlike the other commercial versions you may be familiar with) is free of charge to members of our community. You can help us grow this list by providing us with your recommendations. To add to this list, see the form at the bottom of this page.

THE WILLIAMSBURG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BETWEEN RECOMMENDED VENDORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND ANYONE CHOOSING TO USE THEM. ALL FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BY ANYONE IN THE COMMUNITY USING THIS LIST IS TOTALLY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THAT PERSON.

ADDITIONALLY, THE WCA DOES NOT SPECIFICALLY ENDORSE ANYONE ON THE LIST THAT COMES FROM AN INDIVIDUAL HOMEOWNER'S RECOMMENDATION. THE ASSOCIATION IS MERELY SUPPLYING A MESSAGE BOARD PLATFORM. THE WILLIAMSBURG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION HAS NO STAKE, FINANCIAL OR OTHERWISE, IN THE MATCHING OF RESIDENTS WITH TRADESMEN.
